Who is Adventure boot camp for?
Everyone!

What if I'm not physically fit?
- Not to worry! Adventure Boot Camp is designed to accommodate anyone and everyone.  But how is this possible?
Depending on your level of fitness, your Boot Camp Trainer will give you options to both increase and decrease the level of
intensity of the exercise being performed.  This allows campers to all work at their own personal pace and not be concerned
with what anyone else is
doing.
What do I need to bring to camp?
- On a daily basis, a camper is required to bring:
•        A yoga and/or gym mat
•        A set of hand weights (generally between 5-10 pounds - exact weight can be discussed prior to first day of camp or at
     the pre-camp assessment).
•        A good pair of running shoes
•        Bottle of water (75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.  Often, the thirst mechanism is so weak that thirst is
mistaken for hunger.  Mild dehydration can slow down one's metabolism and trigger daytime fatigue).

Where do classes meet?
- See our Schedules page for times, dates, and locations.

What exercises/methods of training are included in the program?
- The exercises will vary on a day-to-day basis.  No workout will be the same.  By varying time under tension, frequency,
intensity, and duration, your body is continuously adapting to new stimuli.  This keeps your body constantly on its toes, which
is scientifically proven to give you better results.  This is achieved through a combination of core training, functional training,
circuit training, interval training, and plyometrics.

How often will we meet?
- Class meets five days a week (Monday-Friday) for four consecutive weeks. We also offer 3 or 4 day-a-week programs if you
cannot meet five day a week (weekend express camps now available too).  Don't worry, if you have signed up for a 3 or 4 day
a week program and want to upgrade to 5 days a week we will simply prorate the remaining days in the Boot Camp.  Please
note: Everyone is expected to arrive ON TIME (this means 5-10 minutes prior to start time).

What if I miss a class?
- It is important that campers try and make it to every class meeting.  Results are greatly sacrificed by missing class.    Terms
and conditions will apply.

When does the next camp start?
- Please see our calendar page.

What is the pre-camp/post-camp assessment?
- New campers will have a private consultation scheduled with their Adventure Boot Camp Trainer as well as a post-camp
assessment.  Returning campers only have post-camp assessments.

Assessments will include:
•        Welcome packet (via e-mail)
•        Goal setting (short and long term)
•        Body composition assessment
•        Q & A with your trainer

How soon will I see results?
- Although results may vary, most Boot Campers generally experience a loss of 1-4% body fat after their first four week
session.  Other benefits include:
•        Improvements in speed, agility, and quickness
•        Reductions in clothing sizes
•        More energy throughout the day
•        Better sleep
•        A higher level of perceived confidence and well-being

My Schedule changes day-to-day.  May I come to different class times?
It's important for us to give as much flexibility to our campers as possible.  We understand that everyone has busy lives and
it's not always possible to work out at the same time each day.  Therefore, if you need to come to different times on different
days of the week we understand.  Please register for the time you plan to attend the most and if you need to mix and match
class times just let us know.

Will I be sore after the workouts?
- You may feel some soreness for the first two to three days, or even for the first week of camp.  Muscle soreness is part of
the process your body goes through while adapting to new forms of exercise.  This is a fairly temporary phase and will
gradually subside.

When is the last day I can sign up for camp?
-Campers must be enrolled and attend class by Wednesday in the first week.

Is there a refund policy?
- We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of
circumstances beyond your control. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no
cash refund.

-- If you feel the need to discontinue a Boot Camp program due to a non-health related issue, credits towards a future
Sonoma County Adventure Boot Camp program may be approved under certain circumstances (please contact us to discuss).
