Workouts change everyday, so you will never get bored.   Jeff does a great job of ensuring that you are doing the moves correctly.  He'd rather
see one rep done right, then 15 reps done wrong just because that was the task.  Also, he does a great job of tailoring the workouts to the
individual based on fitness level or other limitations.  I have a chronic lower back injury, and we have been able to get the most out of the camp with
a few modifications.  I would recommend Jeff and this camp to anyone!

Adventure Boot Camp is a great experience. I attended the three days-per-week, four-week session, had great results, lost 5% body fat, and went
a long way to prepare myself for my annual 455-mile charity bicycle ride over five days!  Jeff, our instructor, led my classmates and me through an
hour of fun and varied exercises keeping our hearts pumping, our bodies working, and our minds on task. Each day’s routine, specifically
engineered toward increasing the intensity as the weeks progressed, left me sore in all the right places and invigorated for the rest of the day.

Before starting Adventure boot camp with Jeff, I regularly took step aerobics classes, so I thought I was in decent shape.  However, when I started
working out with Jeff, running and push-ups were very difficult for me.  Now I can easily run a mile and have decreased my time by more than a
minute.  I’m able to do several straight-legged push-ups, which was one of my goals.  I’ve noticed improved posture and less back pain and have
finally returned to my pre-pregnancy weight from 12 years ago.  Jeff is a great motivator.  He has pushed me to work my hardest and shown me
how to modify exercises to meet my goals, and he does it with a smile and a good sense of humor.  I look forward to class and always feel like I’ve
had a great, effective workout.
